Default Contractual pay raises

The pay for 1st and 2nd year increase as follows in June..nothing else matters because we will get another raise before anyone sees year 3 anyways

CA --------- FO
1. 61.47 -------23.59
2. 63.50 -------34.27

Again these are the pay rates that become effective in June 2008.

I would....but besides not having an electronic version...I wouldn't even fathom how I could post that whole thing on here. Sorry.
If you have some specefic questions I will do my best at answering some of those though.

I can't PM you...for some reason it won't let me. If you want a copy of the contract, send me an email to [email protected] and I'll send you a PDF copy of it.

How are the travel bens? I was with Piedmont and US Air would give us 7 or 8 buddy passes per year and I think it was 7 first class upgrades per year you could use when you were non-reving or give with your buddy pass. Does NW do that for Compass? Are there any code share deals?

Travel bens aren't far off what they were in the USAir system. They said buddy passes are coming first of the year last I heard

I guess you heard something I haven't...As far as I have heard NWA isn't offering buddy passes to any Airlink operators??? Maybe I'm just behind on this one. It would be nice...That's why I'm sure it isn't true though.

The travel benifits are very similiar to the ones I use to have on USAir though...with the exception to The Hub online and the buddy passes.

For non-rev passes; Do they use paper tickets or can you get them thru e-ticket?

they are e-ticket.

According to the company they are working on buddy passes. They should be available within a couple months. I have no idea if they will be good for mainline or just the airlink regionals or maybe just compass flights (or maybe we'll get nothing and like it).

Mesaba pilots get 8 round-trip "companion passes" a year. The person using them has to accompany the employee, but we've definitely got a form of "buddy passes."
