Default Compass Knowledge test.

Has anyone that interviewed with Compass completed the online knowledge test? If so what was involved and is it company specific?

They are doing the interview written test online now? When did that start? They used to do it when you came in for the interview...

Not sure. Just got the email telling me to take a test online and it doesnt have to be done prior to the interview. I get the impression it is to test your apptitude for home study or I could be way off??

I think I might just have to be a guinea pig and take the test then let people know.

We shall see I guess.

The online knowledge test consists of a series of questions that, while they look ordinary, are a cleverly disguised version of the MMPI. They wanna make sure you don't go off the deep end when the Northwest flowdowns put you on the street later this year.

Haha j/k. Kinda.

If it's a bunch of ATP questions mostly focusing on 121 regs, aerodynamics, and other stuff that doesn't require referring to a chart or doing calculations...then I'd say it's the same one we took in the interview, just online...in which case refer to previous gouge.

They didn't have anything online when I interviewed earlier... congrats on being one of the first. Let us know how it turns out and good luck!

Let me get this straight: your "damning" all CP pilots, and saying NWA is going to furlough as well?
