Employee # has nothing to do with seniority #. It is like every other airline: for people who have the same hire date, those who are oldest are the most senior. As it has been since the invention of the seniority list.
Oh, and your seniority # is issued by date of orientation, not class date, so no matter how quick you finish the CBT, you ain't moving up the list.

Seniority goes by age in the class. We had a class of 12 and I was the youngest so I'm on the bottom. MEM is nice. Has long legs, most of the time no canada flying which is nice. Hotels on overnights are nice to stay at for the most part. Just a little about MEM. Hope that helps everyone.

As far as the Compass flights go, there is really NO way your getting bumped off one of our planes as we have 3 extra jumpseats. You would have to have 3 CMP guys senior to you on the same flight and it be full to get bumped. Almost impossible.

Hey, let us know what happens. I got a call today for an interview, and I was surprised when they said IAD (really Chantily) is where they will be doing it (interviewing).
