Ha, ya that's one way to make money. Still don't see Delta asking or Compass would agree to something like this. I hope I'm wrong.

A very easy way for Delta to "flow" the FTA pilots faster than the 25% yearly limit, is to interview and hire those FTA-eligible pilots who also have an application on file with Delta. No agreements or negotiations necessary.

But seniority would take a backseat then. Also how would it look to other interviewees? Also I don't have my logbook caught up!

Hang on it shouldn't be too much longer. CPZ plans to hire 140ish pilots in the next 9 months or so.

Probably not too deep, I think they are only getting the first few classes together as of now.

The 4 yr degree is just preferred now correct? Is anyone getting hired without it? I'm about 6 classes from being done.

From what I've been hearing they are at least 30-40 deep into the pool now
