Somewhere around 210 -220 pilots, is my guess. Another 145 or so for flow pilots leaving to delta, and probably another 30 for additional attrition.

Training plan is 440ish new hires by the end of next year.

Also, I have a bachelors and I'm at 1350 total time, 560 multi, 510 multi turbine and exceed everything for the ATP. Well, except total time.

I've began preparing for interviews by reviewing everything I've learned thus far in my young career so by the time I hit 1500 and the phone rings, I'm ready.

Question is, will compass call me? Because I see that some aren't getting called and I'd love to have a chance to interview with cpz
I had very similar times when they called me.

What about half way? We do still fly out of MSP and DTW most days

DTW's departures have actually increased over the past year. The base however is smaller pilot wise.

DTW would be doable. Any idea how long it would take to hold it?

That's a touch optimistic. Plan 6-ish months. Most junior FO currently has 7 months in. Don't plan on upgrading to DTW anytime soon...
