Good grief, I had no idea you guys were growing so huge. Too bad I got an interview offer too late. I might have come to Compass instead of Mesa. What's the upgrade time looking like?

Last summers new hires will be getting their upgrade award soon, within months. Upgrade time will drop, its basically a training department bottleneck. I really don't know what im talking about as far as planning but from just looking at the numbers we are way behind, the training department last year started in July not so much this year. Most of the flows this round were held back 90 days, the maximum allowed. What the training department plans on doing in the next 12 to 18 months is inconceivable to me.

I know there are a lot of variables but could anyone comment on what first year FO average monthly pay is working out to?
Thanks!
Thanks!

In training you will make about 1900 per month, before tax.
While flying and still on reserve, plan on 970 about for the 1st check in the month, and about 1100 for the 2nd check which would also include any per diem.
While a line holder, plan on 1215 bucks for 1st check and about 1700 for your 2nd check in the month. That math is assuming 94 hours credit and about 300 hours time away from base. Maybe more, maybe less(not much less though because we will all probably be flying a lot).

Airline Pilot Central Updates?
Is there any way Compass Pilots can change the APC profile to reflect changes from their new contract? Or has that happened already?
This is what I see still:
QUICKTAKE
-Operating exclusively for Delta under the Delta Connection banner
-Monthly schedules bid via PBS
-First 6 years of longevity: 13 days/year vacation
-Deadhead pay is 75% of flight pay
-11 days off/mo minimum for line or reserve
-Compass accepted 20 E175 for American Eagle flying. 1st new delivery expected in the 1st quarter of 2015
-No trip or duty rigs
-Most junior CA DOH January 2012
-FO Pay: 25,36,39,40
-CA Pay: 65,67,69,71
Thanks!

I averaged about 95 hours per month for my first year. That turned out to be about $1,500 for the overtime + per diem (around 300 hours) for my first check and $600 for the second check.
