Not counting the flows to DAL, what has your monthly attrition been averaging?

That's been the standing scheduling policy at Envoy ever since the 117 rules came out. 4 day trips with a 30+ hour overnight are common. Welcome to the party.

He is referring to the fact that we used to be paid for 4 hrs, for any 30 hr layover. We don't anymore though, until August of 2015, when we will have the option to be paid and credited the 4 hrs for any 30 hr layover.

The union rolled over and took it up the behiney without getting any gains. The LOA is temporary and I hope it goes back to 4 hour min day every day despite a 30 hour layover. Th company won big on that LOA. Union Failure.

Hopefully you guys can gain that back. Any idea how the delta rate reset may affect that negotiation?
