I agree, much more interesting flying by the sound of it. Just a shame it's not done at mainline. Still, Compass seems to be one of the best regionals out there right now.

Productivity-wise, sure, it's awesome. Sore butt and aching back-wise, not so much. But I'm old. :-)
The larger point though is you'll get everything from a 2-leg transcon to a MSP-MSN turn, often in the same trip. The mix keeps it fun but there's not a whole lot of what most people would think of as classic "regional" flying.

Also haven't heard that. 2 per month is quite the delivery schedule and AA is still trying to whipsaw their other regionals so the remainder of the 175s are yet to be determined. Don't get too excited about this AA flying quite yet.

No to additional/accelerated AA deliveries. PDT is going to get the 40 remaining airplanes, even our senior management has said this pending the outcome of their TA.
Let's please kill this rumor before people go nuts with it.
