I have an interview next week. Got my logbook set, suit pressed, documents together, and studying like a mad man. Current 121 FO.
Any last minute advice? I'm pretty excited and nervous.

Have 4 or 5 modifiable memorable stories for the tell me about the time questions for the face to face, CFI stories work good for twisting things around to your question and should keep follow up questions to a minimum. Trying to twist 121 stories may be more difficult and/or will be much easier for a recruiter to ask follow up questions as to what they may perceive to be their interpretation of a correct response. These guys/gals will have more recent experience with 121 ops/human factors obliviously. As for the captain drinking type question there is a good chance one or more of the people interviewing you are line pilots, if it were me doing the interview I wouldn't want to hear a prospective fellow line pilot immediately throw the captain under the bus strait to management if he/she were to smell alcohol the next morning in the van. Think of an answer involving the HIMS program getting management involved when said captain refuses to listen/compromise safety. Whether you take this approach or say the opposite stick by what you say, no one wants to hear someone who flipflops the issue.
All of your interview questions will be off to the wrong start if you waste peoples time because your logbook times don't match your totals or are different then what you put on your resume.
Don't talk smack about about your previous employer/coworkers.
You will not have a calculator make sure you can still do long division as stupid as that sounds.
Being a little nervous is normal, its because you care and it is doubtful it will be held against you.
You are going to be as prepared as you can be when you show up to the hotel the night before, relax watch some Netflix and eat a full breakfast the next morning.
Smile
Congrats on getting the interview, that is the hardest part.

Try and relax and get a good nights sleep.
Eat a good breakfast, the holiday inn they have put people in has a good one, although its not free, its worth it.
bring a sandwich, there aren't really any lunch options.
take a deep breath and be yourself, once you get past the test they want you to pass, don't give them a reason to think otherwise.
I know these seem simple, but you wouldn't believe the number of people who forget these basic things. I remember that while I was nervous in the interview, I never felt like they had it in for me.

I'm trying to get over there from TSA with no degree and I have an internal recommendation at compass. I'm told they're interviewing 10 a week, but... I've had no calls and my app has been in for a month or so so he's walking in my recommendation in person...
granted my being under TSH already is probably the culprit...

Panel interviewers are not out to get you. They choose questions from a list that contains situational and HR questions. Your seasoned FO is not wearing his hat, what do you do? Captain is not flying approaches to company profile, what do you do? What qualities will you take from your past employer and implement at Compass? Tell me of an abnorma/emergency situation and how you handled it. Tell me of a time when you disagreed with management.
Congrats on the interview and try to keep your mind at ease. Goodluck!
