60-90 after. They get their seniority number as if they were in a January class.

How many per month will be flowing?

So they are holding people back 60-90 days from flowing? What does that do to movement?

I'm not a compass pilot so I don't really know how that works. I have a class there in Feb. Trying to figure out my options as I really liked the company after interviewing. I'm leaving my current gig after 3 years. Have a possible "Insta" upgrade at PSA but would rather go to Compass. Reading the info it sounds like a 2 year upgrade .

What's the better commute, shorter drive? There's your answer.

I would commute from Chicago.

A close friend of mine told me an ORD base is a strong rumor for them, not sure how true that is. We have quite a few Chicago commuters and its my understanding that DTW and MSP are pretty easy.
