On Nov. 10th Interview they offered Feb 15th. Was promptly moved to Feb. 5th this week. I would guess I get moved again, seems to be the case.

Does anyone know whether this left seat training for new hires who meet upgrade mins is for sure happening, or is it just an idea they are throwing around for now?

The most recent realignment posted states that our MSP departures will be in the 20's. That's insanely low and even lower for Detroit. It didn't mention any plans to close DTW or MSP but the vast majority of our flying will be in LAX and west coast. Anyone looking or a west coast base will get it and hold it easily. Looks like we are shrinking 8 captain spots in DTW and MSP so let the shrinkage begin...or continue. With all of the movement they also mentioned that over time there will be opportunities to move back to MSP or DTW as vacancies continue to roll out if west coast isn't for you. It will just be super senior in MSP and DTW.

How long is reserve for each of the bases?

I know you get listed in CASS on orientation day, does that include KCM as well?

Shark 11-22-2014 12:35 PM

It doesn't include KCM access, you will have to see a chief or base admin for the card

FYI, you don't need a card to use KCM. You just have to be listed in CASS from an approved airline as a flight crewmember.

I think the bigger issue at hand is having the full company approved uniform.
