That would be a good deal if they covered the hotel after CBT, definitely easier on the wallet. It sounds like the sim isn't in MSP. Is the pay rate for training the same as the normal first year rate? and I'm guessing with the new airplanes coming online reserve time is pretty short. Also how easy is it to get MSP, or is it going pretty senior with DTW closing? I'll be hitting minimums soon and was looking to apply probably around mid to late summer.

According to the bid packet, the most junior line holder in the company is in MSP.

There are only 7 others beside yourself. Their names are listed on the 02/15 v3 award if you would like to email them. Congrats on the upgrade by the way.

It says 3 classes of 8 = 24 upgrades.
But:
Dtw displaces 16 CAs
MSP adds 10
Sea adds 15
Lax adds 17
Does it not add up? Or is my late night math wrong?
-16+10+15+17=26 Net CA positions in the posting.
In other news, how junior do yall think the award will go?

And let's talk about their plan to upgrade 8 per week..... They apparently skipped a couple weeks from the last awarded class 4/6 to this award 4/29.

I think it will be senior ultimately. Most senior people will hold out bidding it first unless they are local to avoid the day trips when it opens.
