Would a guy with higher times be able to upgrade quicker? Just thinking that most new hires fall under the lower times of the restricted atp? Just thinking out loud!

Are their any LAX-SAN trips? If so, are any of them overnights? Thanks.

Yes we fly LAX - SAN best overnight I think. Downtown hotel and short walk to food and waterfront.

You would bypass a few but most already have 121 time from other airlines

Some do, but not most.

Honestly, anyone starting now will most likely not upgrade inside a year, barring any other miraculous growth. With 600-650 people already on our list, assume you are number 651. 150 people will leave for the flow, putting you at 501 out of 650. If we have a perfect split of FO's to CA, that is 325 FO's and you are 150 from the bottom, putting you at 176, out of 325 FO's, putting you at 54%. Some bases are more junior or others, so maybe you get to be 40% in LAX.

While I can tell you that some do not have the time, I think it is safe to say less than 175 people will have less than the 1000 SIC or Company TT issues.

So, you wait on attrition and while I expect it will be decent. No one can say that for sure.

Looking at old posts from 2011. I see that medical/physical for Compass was done in house. Is this still the case where you need to pass in house physical?
