I did not mean to cause you any worries. XJ pilot who had a medical issue had that before the DAL HR meeting so he was held back. On the last flowthru, you had to go thru DAL medical which is nothing more than a thorough 1st class medical. I assume DAL will do the same this time around, but I don't know for sure. Whatever it is I wouldn't worry if I were you. I see plenty of DAL pilots and wonder how they ever passed the 1st Class Physical. It certainly ain't no military flight physical for sure.

It's a family thing.

So that means you have family flying at Compass. You're job is being replaced and undercut by your own children. You voted yes to Newco so your kid could get a job, but you resent everything she/he stands for. Nice situation you set up for yourself!!

I don't think Splash flies for DAL, or is a fNWA.

He sounds like a FNWA "Yes" voter to me, "vote yes to save the pension, ($12,000/month), and I will take my retirement, and lump sum ($275,000) and leave ....."you have the rest of your career to make it up". OK I'm done ranting :)

Not to worry. You and I seem to be in agreement on most of the topics here.

The flow through coming up later this year will be interesting to watch. Reading through the documents, and asking questions about them leads me to believe they are more complicated than many of us thought.
