Unless you're trying to get a hold of SOC, forget about it. I'm beginning to think the other departments don't exist.

it's okay, i have email and i don't get critical pay or bid packets or anything else emailed to me.....all i get is if someone sends me something specifically or comply 365 updates.

Don't worry, no one has lost their sunglasses or water bottle this week, so email is not necessary

That is because they don't exist. One lady handles benefits for all three airlines. Need an HR person for some leave info? We don't even have one of those. Payroll doesn't even have a phone number. No one answers the main Compass front desk phone either.
