agreement just posted in regards to the flow, it remains unchanged for all current CPZ pilots.

mesaba has 108 positions available for flow up and then its done.

Flowdown-remains unchanged for cpz and mesaba (provided mesaba isnt sold again)

Good news for those guys who had the potential to have the rug pulled out from under them. Welcome guys! Glad the MEC & Negotiating Commitee did the right thing.

I would have liked to see a bachelor's degree added as a requirement to flow up. Other than that, I'm glad the company is keeping its promises.

Only if a bachelor's degree was a requirement to flow down

I, too, am glad they came to agreement. There are things I'd prefer to be written differently as well, but, overall...

Does compass require your atp written to be taken within the last 24 months? Currently employed at a 121 regional and looking to leave.

If you've been at 121 your written is still current. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you were getting at though.

Yea, I get that

Their Requiremts say "valid ATP written" and the questionare asks if it is within 24 months. So wondering what Compass specifically wanted.

I called and asked, but I was on furlough at the time if that makes a difference...but they told me it had to be current for the interview. My guess is it wouldn't have mattered if I was still flying or not I'd still need a current valid ATP.

If you've taken the ATP written and still possess it, it's valid. You do not have to be continuously employed to use an ATP written for a check ride, just employed, which you would be if you were hired.

My ATP written was more than two years old when I was hired at Compass. I don't know if they have changed their policy, but I doubt it since they have no reason to.
