How does the training footprint look for December? I will be returning from my 30 days of home study on Dec. 5. Do they run ground school through Christmas? Just trying to get a feel for what my schedule will look like over the next few months.

I started last December no training the day before or after a holiday (In the contract). So off the 23 to 26th and the 31st to the 2nd.

I just got a call from Compass as well for an October interview. There should be 4 people there. Having 4 years with ASA but with zero signs of movement (actually were moving backwards with the planes we are loosing) its hard to give up pay and seniority. However I do get an ATP after training which opens a few opportunities for me.
Why not just go that route?
