Where will you be on the list then?
In the same relative spot he/she is in now.

Correct, I will live in DFW area as of next week. I am taking a really long hard look at staying. Driving to work and making 5 year pay would be great. But I have watched my relative seniority stay the same since Sep 2012. I have been holding steady at 90% of the seniority list. If I come back tomorrow I barely could hold a line in DFW. If 450 flow this year, I will still have another 1300 to flow before my number is called. I am second from the bottom of the protective pilot list. My DOH was 10/11/2011. At the end of 2017, we will be down to 108 airplanes. How long are those 68 remaining 145 leases good till? 2020? How many options on the 175 can we actually get due to scope? 20? 30? And in order for me to flow, at what point will we start filling new hire classes so someone of my seniority can actually flow?

How do you figure 450 guys? I say 300 guys. Don't forget when the 824 are exhausted, the flow goes down to 35% of new hire classes at AA until the last 175 shows, in June 2017, then it goes to 50%, or 25 pilots.....so basically 25 pilots. I'm sure AA will find some way to screw that up too.

It's highly doubtful you work for PSA. First, nobody creates an account here with a screen name like yours, unless you have multiple accounts which is probably more likely. Second, if you've been paying any attention at all, you already know there is no better place to go even if its not a great place. Tell us which regional is better.

I keep reading your posts in vain to see if you can change.

That's hilarious. I've been doing wrong the last 14 years. Time to go start milking. Thanks for the advice!

I could have stayed in longer, had an immediate family member die. Time to head back home and support my family.

Considering what I've heard, I think that's optimistic too. That would mean AAG would flow more pilots in 18 months then they were willing to do in a decade. The next 18 months may indeed suck at Envoy, but the real question then is what happens after that ?

I have my conclusions and that may suck more than the next 18 months.

I can't wait til I fly for mainline, so I can come to eagle lounge and envoy threads to tell them how bad they have it.

I would stick with Envoy. Don't commute and start over.
