You seem to be attempting a recruitment spin for Skywest. 200's needing replaced (not secured yet) + more lifers = more time required to get your PIC and get out. Look at the history, Skywest had a long upgrade wait until recently, except for the EMB 120 (time not as valuable). Compass has never had that because guys get in and out ASAP and don't camp out. Remember a month of seniority at a major can mean a big difference with the retirements coming up. |
