Well at least 2 out of our 3 crew base cities won on Opening Day. Mariners and Diamondbacks (well. Up 8-2 in the 9th. Close enough). Dodgers lost

I'm proud to fly with these FOs. You guys are true warriors. You fly fly fly, get junior manned, do crib pays, have scheduling blow up your phone like your slingin ganja, dude, y'all are my hero's. And you manage to put a smile on your face every time I fly with you.

F9 upgrades are decently quick, big expansion plans, needs a ton of pilots, just waiting for their new contract.
NK’s second year pay is almost as good as SW but way easier to get hired there.

Wait so skw pilots are more sought after by majors than other regional? I should go there... Are they hiring?

-150% opentime, 200% critical
-retention bonus
-increased trip productivity for an extra day or two off (might actually have time to pick some stuff up.
IMO, and it’s been said 100 times already, this would fix a lot of our issues. It’s only a matter of time for the captains to take a huge qol hit with only 8 upgrades a month.
In the mean time, I’ll be on the sidelines with the popcorn watching the decline.
