Delta nonrev Q:
So the other day my SO had to gate-check a bag. SEA-DTW-ABC.
Told her to be SURE it was tagged to ABC. She sent me a picture of the sticker they put on it: ‘to ABC’
Gets to DTW and uses the “track bag” function to see the bag is now circling the Detroit baggage claim instead of boarding flight 2 with her.
Any way to avoid this? No idea how but their scanners must have said to DTW. Perhaps because they break up the legs for non rev check ins? I had her checked in for both 20h prior

75 in SEA today...saw a crew, both CA and FO in leather jackets.
We don't want to look like OO and wear blazers in July...in PHX. Yes had this happen. I had my FA ask him why... "Because it looks cool". Bet he had a long sleever under there as well.
