I think the real issue is that after having the LIDO CBT assigned twice now no one is actually sure what is on the releases. It would be helpful if they would publish an actual release so we can all see what it looks like. not just slides in a presentation.

I think we need to run both the old and new systems in parallel. I'd enjoy having a release I'm familiar with and a new one for xx amount of days.

I agree, I think a week or two would be nice. In fact, not doing that seems patently irresponsible on the company's part, especially given the fact that this transition proved to be nothing short of a catastrophe for both GoJet and TSA. What gives Compass the confidence to think that our situation will be different?

The plan is to send out a few parallel releases on about 6-7 flights a day from now until the end of the month to make sure everything is working properly with LIDO

So during the SCP are we only going to be able to submit 1 request a day?

I think people misinterpret that. For each scheduled day you can only submit one request. For example, if you want to add a day trip on the 12th you can't submit three different request to add three different trips on the 12th. Only one request can be made to add a trip on the 12th. Other requests can be made simultaneously for different scheduled days.

No LIDO expert so I could be wrong.

So if it gets denied, that's it. You can't try to add anything else on that day? I hope the union is all over this.

There's something like 15-20 contract violations. If we violate the contract we get SEC 19, too bad we can't hold the company to the same standard
