Ironically because the senior LAX FO's didnt bid for MSP CA. The alternates are senior but MSP CA was the only open CA spot. Lot of MSP CA's to LAX thought they would ride it out. Guess not.

I just hope we get upgrades back up to 20/month!

How many CA awards in all?

Only 6 for now. Maybe they will have to run another one if people are really leaving faster than crew planning thought like they use to do. Some months they ran 2 in the past we will see.

All this talk about a mass exodus of pilots getting out of here....when?! I have yet to see it happen as our attrition has been stead at around 10 CAs a month, give or take a few

yeah you hear a real high number from people then u see the newsletter and it is way less lol. Got to love crew room talk.

I think if the recent company news is anything to go by, maybe the newsletters are the ones blowing smoke?

There is a folder on FLICA for the next bid which says it opens May 12. Just have to wait and see. Also anyone know how holiday pay would be reflected in IOCC?
