Giving a bonus is a sign of desperation. You guys have lost planes, closed your most senior base and are owned by TSH (one notch above Mesa). You lose even one contract and it's furlough time.
The place to go is SkyWest. They are stable, no union drama, getting new planes and the best route structure of all regionals (and maybe even better than domestic mainline).

The announcement of 15 E175s configured for 70 seats for Delta is growth. There are still 15 planes up for grabs in the scope language.
In Delta scope clause, there is a max 425 airframes. Expressjet and Endeavor are parking CRJ200s to meet the restrictions for 50 seat aircraft. Endeavor and SkyWest will both experience some growth by gaining 70/76 seat aircraft and Expressjet is shrinking in order for the growth at the other two carriers to happen.

Why is it that OO comes to OUR forum to try to measure their fuselages with ours like twice a week?
If you are really so happy and secure about your own regional then you wouldn't be trying to fluff your feathers here, you're just embarrassing yourself and the other guys at your airline who aren't as immature.
I mean we're all basically the same age but from the few OO pilots I've met online you guys sure show the maturity level of ERAU CFI's. Still have no idea why you lurk and post in CPZ threads when your massive mainline OO forum has plenty of room for you.

Reserve time:
Reserve time is high right now, but that's only because we completely stopped hiring for 7 months. Anyone starting now should know the company has a goal to hire a LOT of pilots in the next 4-6 months. If they're able to fill classes, the guys who join the company now will see pretty short reserve. I'd put my money on 4 months tops for those hired in September and later
On reserve they give you 11/12 days off. Spread out in 3 day up to 6 day blocks. I'm one of the most junior guys here and I get maybe 30% success when bidding days off, not too bad.
I was MSP now LAX and I've been getting 35 hours a month on reserve. If you get based in LAX you can drastically increase your hours (and pay) picking up open time on your days off. Our staffing is decreasing so I wouldn't be surprised if reserves started seeing slightly more per month.
Right now you can hold any base you want out of training, PHX might take a while but no one is sure yet.
The 175 is awesome, the routes are often long, and the pilots are super nice guys and gals (despite what vibe the forum may give you)
Your training is a paid single occupancy hotel room in MSP and you're paid in full during training except the first couple weeks of home study. You get like $700 for the home study stuff if I recall correctly

If you want to get technical they are replacements for ASA's 700 in Delta's scope clause but SkyWest is not parking any planes... yet
