In case anyone was wondering:
My questions were regarding the Bonus and why current crews weren't getting anything (FAs, no one cares you aren't getting anything), and the practice bids for Phoenix.
I was also the one backhanding the FA over the stupid boxes and fonts.

Wow. When a member of upper management says "What is our upgrade time at right now? 12 months? Less than a year right?" and he is corrected being told "No, it's a bit over 24 months", it just shows the immense disconnect that exists between management and what's really happening at Compass. My jaw dropped.
