This place is slowly turning into the airlines that many of us ran from.
Between the management having their head up their a**. The union trying their best but not really getting places, the amount of company men and flat out rats we have in both seats who will be the company’s little tattle tail these days... why would anyone stay. Spirits mins are 2000, frontier 2500, day trip express is 2500ish, virgin doesn’t even have mins published.. tell me one good reason a lot of people should stay. Your a Capt, ok get it. Your an FO gtfo dude. I don’t buy the 1000 pic. It is great and it is 1 WAY to get up the ladder. Having a bus type is another way. And I’d much rather get stuck at a LCC than a regional. No matter what the delta juice drinkers at this company say.

Don't forget to add the 4yr degree to it. Not everyone here has it and Virgin requires it.
