The new hire bonus isn't making any of the junior FOs leave. If anything, it's more incentive to stay because we know there's finally going to be some new hires. If we were going to leave we should have left in january. Why leave now when the company is trying to hire 40 a month to pile in beneath us, and is taking steps to make that happen?
What kind of spoiled person would say "oh, now the new guys will make more than me? That's it, I quit!" Then spend another 7+ months interviewing, training, and sitting reserve when we could hold a line here by then

It's actually going to be flow to SkyWest mainline when they get the E190s that American plans to park.

Any current Compass pilots have legit reasons on why not go there? I'm probably four months away, Army rotor wing guy.
Can go with an RTP and get stuck someplace I don't want to be, or pay up to $20k out of pocket (possibly $15k if I work it right) and get Seattle, E175, fairly quick upgrade it sounds, and a hiring bonus. Dont want to commute, don't want to live east of Colorado.

*Right Now* and I say that because things change just like they did in one day almost a year ago. But the way things are right now its your choice of SEA or LAX out of the schoolhouse and nobody knows anything about PHX yet.
