Well, by the looks of it, something's in the works....and not just with Delta - for those that haven't had a chance read the last communication. Let's hope everyone gets entitled to the guaranteed interview no matter what. It's one of the biggest things we're currently lacking.

One of the stipulations for the DL guaranteed interview was to meet the competitive qualifications. This is a big item on that list. Don't want to blow both shots before you have a chance. Could you imagine how crazy this program would be in seniority order? You would have a bunch of folks with 2-3 years 121 experience before those with much more experience.

As for me, this is year 5 at the Regionals... Anyone else willing to share how long they have been a Regional Pilot?

Lighten up.
It was just good info about possibly having a program soon. Nothin more, nothing less. It's just good to know they are working on it. We need it to stay competitive with recruiting. It's that simple. Almost every other regional has it. It just makes sense that at some point, so will we.
If anything this will cause more questions about it to be asked. So yeah... doubt anyone will be quiet now.

FYI- as part of my study for the new hire test, I used some Delta test gouge. A lot of the questions were the same ones in the Delta gouge. so I'm wondering what you mean when you say in order to have a Delta flow the new hire test needs to be like Delta. IMHO it already is.
