Hey, did I read the Compass profile correctly? It says that Compass no longer requires multi time? How does that work if you have no ME rating? Do they pay for the ME training?

I think you read that wrong. Compass requires 50 multi. However, my understanding is they will interview and offer a job with less than the required hours assuming you will still get the hours. But the hours are still required So if you are just a few hundred short for total time and not at 50 ME yet, it can't hurt to apply!

So I guess Expressjet got a guaranteed interview program with Delta if you took the Delta Style interview tests. Wish we could get the wheels turning on that here...

Our CEO, mentioned in a previous conference call that he was going to bring up the guaranteed Delta interviews at the next meeting with Delta. We're going to have to remind him of this soon and ask for an update.

Well that is what is happening at XJT. They sent an email to the pilots that interviewed under the style of interviewing that qualified for Delta Interview. Which is what we had up until recently. So for CPZ that stopped about a year or less ago.
