Congrats!
It can be intense. Review your notes, learn your limitations and memory items. It is excellent training, but it is demanding during your initial.
Is this your first simulator event? If so, the sim will be touchy on the controls. Don't freak out, you will get used to it.

Go in with a serious attitude, but don't worry too much about it. FSI isn't like airline style training- they want to get you in, make you safe, and get you out (all while taking your money). They are there to make you pass and be safe. (After all they want you to survive the event and a year's flying so they can get you back in the door in 6-12 months).
I'll second GauleyPilot's comments about learn your limitations and memory items. If your company has specialized procedures (checklists/etc), consider taking a copy with you to training and using those in the sim (they will usually accommodate as long as your partner doesn't mind).

Enjoy your time there and take one day each weekend to not look at ANY study materials/flows/procedures/etc. You will be soaking in so much sitting through class and studying each evening and the other weekend day, that your brain will need a break. Don't stress about things. You may feel overwhelmed with the speed with which they cover material, but it all comes together at the end. Have fun!

Congrats. they spoon feed you all the stuff. I was worried the first time I went to an initial , but was plesantly suprisied how well it went. (don't get me wrong it's still tough) In my opinion simuflite is hands down a better school than the flightsaftey schools. just my opinion.

Nothing really to add that hasn't already been said.
FSI is pretty good about everything. I went to school on a couple different a/c there and they will take care of you.
Just go and enjoy. Congrats in advance on the type.
