Building connections at a FBO
Hello!
Few weeks ago I started to work as a line guy at a big FBO with biz jets coming in almost every hour and I知 also a private pilot. I want to start making connections while I知 there but I知 not sure how to approach you guys, and I have a small business card that has my info on it, is it okay to casually hand it out while having a conversation with a corporate pilot?
any advice would be great. Thank you so much!

I think that is a perfect way to go about it. Perhaps you should consider setting up a free website with your resume on it, and placing the web address on your card. Obviously you shouldn't go around shoving your card in every hand, but if you are having a conversation and it seems there is some interest in your background slip the card to him/her. Good luck!

Don’t rush… You’re overselling yourself without a COMM., MULTI, IR. Save your money until you can prove you can offer an asset of value to a corporate flight department.
