I have a handful of buddies who are former CLA.
Different airframes, different durations of employment (from years ago, to very recentlty), etc.
The one constant between all of them is that none of them lasted very long there.
From toxic work environment, horrible management, having to fly with a doucher Lead, retarded management of the airplane, sketchy maintenance....the list goes on.

Pick whatever cliche you want - scarlet letter, beyond the pale, shunned, expelled - there is simply nothing you can do, by an order of magnitude, as bad as crossing a picket line. Nothing good can come from associating yourself with someone who has, even 40 years past.

Sorry, but you asked this question on a board called Airline Pilot Central. Most of us consider this to still be relevant today. If you insist on working for that clown, maybe the guys over at PPW can tell you more.
