Probably a couple times a week would be my guess. On that note if anybody knows of anything like that in the Dallas area please let me know. I'd appreciate it. In response to the original question, I wouldn't pay for your own training for a job. That's the owners expense. If they can't afford to pay for training, medicals, insurance, meals etc., then they probably can't afford an expensive airplane anyway and when they realize it, then your job is gone. Plus as soon as somebody realizes there are pilots out there willing to pay for their own training then they won't want to do it anymore for anybody that comes after you. You should keep your standards high. It benefits you as well as your fellow pilots.

msw,
just to clarify, if someone obtained a 1900 type several years ago it is no longer good for the 300 or 350?

Bryan1726, I will make an educated guess, based on your avatar, and say you have been talking to the guys at AVION (SFB)? I know they are starting up a new venture to go from the ground to CAMEL all in a King Air. Sounds good in theory but you will have next to no hours when complete.

The King Air B-300 type covers only the 300 and 350 King Air models. The older 1900 type no longer covers the B-300 series aircraft
