You'll need to start looking in different Global resources for the jobs, but they're out there. Bear in mind that this is not for everybody, but for those that like it, it can be a rewarding experience.
I would love to know more about this. I've looked at a lot of contract pilot web pages and I'm not nearly qualified. I have about 2500TT and I can give you more details but working overseas seems to be a lot like finding Sasquatch. I'm serious about wanting to know more. I am very happy with my job here in the states but would love to work overseas and fly an airliner. I could always go back to charter when my contract was up.

It has been slower going than I would like, but for the past 3 years I have been an independent flight instructor in Seattle and I charge my students what I feel my time is worth. I am reaching the point in my career where I would like to be flying bigger, better and faster planes. From what I have heard, most regional airlines seem to fall into the "prostitution" catagory. I have the patience and would like my next move to be a career move as opposed to a time building move. That said, is there anyone in the corporate world, preferably in the Pacific NW, who is sincereley happy with their aviation employment?
are you serious dude? cmon, put in the work just like everyone else. and please tell me where people are getting paid $10.00/hr to flight instruct? i def dont get paid that low, and actually i make more than i would first year FO at an airline. plus if your aspiration is to fly something bigger than the the flight hour you are getting from that student should be more important than the $10.00 you would make. you knew the game was bad when u decided to take this route. everybody else did it/is doing it, what makes u so damn special? get over yourself......
