Don't post his name on here... ES is sufficient. You end up at an interview at the place and you should be able to put the pieces together.

No, I have no idea who that is either.

I don't blame you for turning the job down. Thats the same pay im making now in a scheduling job at a cargo airline. I think thats about what 1st year Ameriflight pilots make flying navajos.

If I was offered the job, though. I would have taken it. I am also just a SEL commercial pilot, no multi time, and it would be my first flying job. They will probably fill the position w/ someone similar to my experience level... A beginning CFI.

Thanks for starting the thread, it has been interesting to follow!

Yup. Matter of fact, this is very typical of his kind/type of breed...the "do as I say, not as I do" line of runts who love to look down their noses at anyone who doesn't think as they do and like to pretend they are more intelligent than everyone else.

Would you say I made a good decision on not taking it?

Nothing shocking about that AT ALL. You most definitely did the right thing and would've regretted working for this piece of trash. Funny how he "lives" in Canada but earns his $$ in the US. That says a lot right there. Actions speak far louder than words.

They want to pay someone like an entry level job, but they WANT someone with a much higher level of experience and qualifications I'll wager.

I would rather shovel dog crap 7 days a week for 35k than to work for this piece of garbage.
