Default Airline back to Corporate flying

I am approaching retirement age at my airline, currently flying a widebody in the left seat. I have a civilian and corporate flying background with type ratings in the Cl600/601 and CE-560.
I am interested in finding something that would allow for flying those models or whatever is out there to be had, plus I would not balk at flying a turbo prop or piston engine aircraft. I want to keep my hand in flying ,just curious if there is any chance to get back in it.
Constructive comments or advice greatly appreciated ! Thank you in advance ........

Check out bizjet jobs.com. Lots of hiring, IF the location is acceptable.

This is the most constructive comment that I can think of..., Enjoy your retirement and don't get anywhere near an airplane ever again...!

Many contract jobs to be had. If you are looking for full time, iv seen many many jobs as well.
Just curious, are you doing this for fun, or as to continue saving $$$ for retirement? If just for fun, id say you will find a good fit very easily. A career? Maybe a bit more difficult to find the right fit, but certainly many places hiring. Bad part is most the "good" places, you never hear about unless one of your friends works there...

Most of the stuff iv seen isnt great compared to widebody capt. but 40-80k as an SIC or PIC flying 200ish hours a year seems to be widely available. Iv done 300+ hours just on contracts/part time alone.

Where do you live, are you willing to relocate (I doubt it), most 135 don't have CASS but some have space available in the cabin. Just some thoughts.

I think your best bet is to hook up with a Part 91 aircraft. You may find that these aircraft are managed by individuals who hire contract pilots to crew trips for the owner. If you like, send me a PM. Depending upon where you live I could suggest a few routes you may take that could be promising.

Whatever you do, don't offer to pay for your training, or low ball the salary. On the hiring side of things I have seen many people in your position do this and it does not go over well at most places.

If you don't care about the salary and don't mind flying a piston, Imagine Air loves guys like you. Not sure where you live (TN?), but they have quite a few bases. It's definitely a fun job and you'll fly interesting people.

Ya make everyone else there mad and screw all of us over in the industry struggling to pay the bills. Most of us will probably never be as financially set as you. So don't make it any worse.
