Will airlines force employees get vaccine??

But that’s my opinion. If some adult 30 or under and otherwise wanted to risk not getting vaccinated, that ain’t MY preference, but I don’t think it’s any more unreasonable than riding a motorcycle which I did my share of when young(er)and foolish(er). Above that age, I’d take the shot.
But from a policy perspective, it does make it difficult to justify MANDATING an injection that will NOT stop someone from being infected and will NOT stop them from infecting others.

Well, yeah, if you are in a low risk demographic. The delay in getting young kids immunizations approved is the risk benefit ratio. There is clearly benefit, but the risk is so low to begin with that the risk benefit is hard to compute with certainty. Now I think that all adults OUGHT to get vaccinated - certainly at least one injection - so your body’s FIRST exposure to this NOVEL coronavirus isn’t with a viable pathogen.

So we should just do it because Canada is requiring it and as you say, an ever increasing number of countries will require it? I am sorry, but my health is a hell of a lot more important to me than being an Int'l Airline pilot. 16k reported deaths so far boys and girls. Those are the one's reported. Approaching a million adverse reactions. Totally safe and efficacious though???
Stop spreading that 16k dead BS. You’re part of the delay of getting things back to normal.

People pointing fingers at anyone other than that particular group don’t realize the worst is over, that this thing is here to stay and that Covid deaths will
be a thing moving forward in perpetuity much like the flu or heart disease.

It's not *supposed* to be reliable., it's unfiltered raw data which is known to have a high noise to signal ratio. It's a starting point for the CDC to follow up and see what, if anything, is really going on.
I have my doubts about that, guessing maybe 50% are actually deaths caused by covid which resulted in a significant loss of duration of life.
But VAERS tells you up front what the data is, it's not represented to be anything else.

Well, UAL fired 100 employees, including six pilots for not getting vaccinated. Whatever you think of Kirby, at least he stuck to his guns and didn't toss out BS deadlines and then back down.

Go watch the testimony. It is archived on C-SPAN
Even Kirby when pressed by Cruz said "I don't know the exact number" that is after he said "6"
There's lies, damn lies then Kirby. The angry little intel officer (he is a little guy BTW) washed out pilot hater wannabe now CEO of UAL (how the heck did that happen?).

Kirby sounds like he's from the NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio school of inspiring leadership:
“Human beings are pretty predictable. If you say, ‘Your paycheck depends on it, or your ability to enjoy life, and go do the things you want to do,’ people will make the practical decision … but we’re not pushing hard enough" - Bill de Blasio.
