Doesn't matter. Though I encourage you to run with scissors.

There is much misinformation here and no science. Welcome to COVID hysteria.

Do current available vaccines protect against the newest variant? Perhaps not very much…

Can current COVID vaccines cause cardiac problems? Yes.

The goal of vaccination campaigns are to protect those that can't be vaccinated and to reduce the likelihood of a worse variant from developing.

While vaccinated people can still get infected, the vast majority won't. Of the few that do get breakthrough cases, they have milder and shorter cases and therefore have a much smaller risk of transmitting the virus.
Uhhhh how about no?

isn't omicron hitting the vaccinated harder? Im vaccinated and been sick as a dog now twice since Thanksgiving. I stayed home. Got better. People not vaccinated can do the same the thing, and perhaps do so better depending on their risk factors. Again absolutely zero credence given to natural immunity.

By the waytgo read 4dalulz hard hitting logical reply to me. Defend this guy huh? BRILLIANT.

Oh and there's a hospital system near me that is by policy issuing ZERO exemptions for the covid shot, in other words no one is so weakened they can't get the shot. So which is it? Everyone who is eligible to get the shot has had their chance and then some (boosters) or not? Pick a lane.

Anyone who mocks people concerned (rightly, wrongly or just plain stupidly) about their freedoms, and twisting the term itself to “freedumbs” is either a troll or an ideological authoritarian. Either way they are not here for good natured discussion or attempting persuasion.

Yep, let's design public health policy around anecdotal evidence.

Interesting.

Do you require presentation of a vaccination card by your jumpseat riders, or merely a verbal declaration?

If you’re this terrified, maybe you don’t have the temperament for this line of work.

That? That is what you want to double down on. Not even considering this exchange with 4dalulz
Me "..... You got your shots. You can get boosted. The vaxxed can transmit. What's your logic besides your feelz?"

4dalulz "Doesn't matter. Though I encourage you to run with scissors."

No.....You take issue with my anecdotal evidence which at this point you have EVERY reason to know is true;

"

CDC Announces 79% of

All US Omicron Cases

Have Occurred in

Vaccinated Individuals

Data from around the

world suggests that

omicron favors the fully

vaccinated

81% of Canadian omicron cases are among the fully vaccinated. In Germany, that number is 95.6% despite a 71% vaccination rate. 61% of omicron cases in Israel were among those who are triple vaccinated. Iceland is the most boosted nation on earth but also has the fourth highest COVID case rate."

and...
"U.S. COVID-19 Deaths in 2021 Surpass 2020 Total" how's that for your public health policy design?

You're doing this in furtherance of a guy clearly using the jumpseat and likely their captain's tone as their bully pulpit. Or they are a straight up troll. Either way is a bad look.

Hey, whatever it takes to make yourself feel better. Because we don't just double down anymore, we triple down.

Vaccination prevents serious illness, hospitalization and death.
Vaccinations do not prevent infection.
That seems to be really hard to understand for some of you.

Spread of COVID-19 occurs via airborne particles and droplets. People who are infected with COVID can release particles and droplets of respiratory fluids that contain the SARS CoV-2 virus into the air when they exhale (e.g., quiet breathing, speaking, singing, exercise, coughing, sneezing).
Masks don’t work in 80% of the cases, that’s true. Not because the masks don’t work though, because people don’t wear them correctly.

* I just can’t wait for some of you to get your interview/CJO with your destination airline and their newhire vaccination requirement lol.
Maybe we should make a scab list.
