So a vaccine caused atrial fibrillation? Um, maybe?
How about we tally up the dead airline pilots from Covid. That list is far bigger than those with side affects of the Covid vaccine.
Plus this is guy is, like, totally alive. Unlike those dead from Covid. My airline has had a couple.

The goal of vaccination campaigns are to protect those that can't be vaccinated and to reduce the likelihood of a worse variant from developing.
While vaccinated people can still get infected, the vast majority won't. Of the few that do get breakthrough cases, they have milder and shorter cases and therefore have a much smaller risk of transmitting the virus.
