Looking for pros and cons.
Training for a different seat. I am getting done with training on May 15. Then, I will have OE and shadow days. I will be on reserve. Not a line holder.
Trying to figure out which gives me the best bang for the buck.
Or maybe if one option gives me more days off vs the opportunity to make more $$$
Should I bid all my days off in a row immediately after training and get PB days for every day I am scheduled OE or is it better to bid my reserves days immediately after training?
Thanks for the perspectives.

If you want to work more, do the opposite. You will get payback days that roll forward, but you will be stuck on call after you finish OE.
I prefer option 1, but YMMV.
