And so did we back when the Express program was in effect on the 737-200. Was a 2-3 year upgrade.

18 months? Slow-leak amatuers.

Clearly were trying to copy Delta Express. 😁

Back in 99..guys were upgrading to the left seat in the 73-200 at Delta Express in their first year. I can't remember, but I think they had to be off probation before they could enter the bid in DBMS. History really does repeat itself..congrats!!

Yep,

I flew on express for about 8 months before my "vacation" and flew with a guy who was awarded an 737A right around the one year mark. :)

Every once in a while a blind squirrel finds a nut. ATL M88A definitely not going to be filled. I wonder how Jr the other ATL NBs will go.

US Airways had <1 year captain awards on the E190 as well. Not sure how that played out with the AA merger if they're still seeing that?

IMHO, I think other than the 88 in ATL, the other NB positions will be close to normal.
It's in NYC that I can't wait to see how many surprises we get.

a blind dart in the wind has me guessing nothing past 10,5xx will get an A bid outta ATL. The 88 is the random outlier.

I like it, but I ain't giving up Otto.

This drives an additional musing, I wonder if it will be GS city on the M88a like it was on 717b last summer. If so, those guys are in for some fat stacks Mr. White!
