Yeah I should know better. Someone I just flew with said he was told in training it was a done deal but like you said..........

When ANYONE in training says anything is a done deal, it’s over. Their rumors are the worst because as line swine you assume they know of what they speak, but everyone has their lane. Worst anecdote I personally had was when I was assured during 737-200 recurrent that delta had inked a deal for 50 more older 737s that Boeing had on trade in and delta was going to duplicate express in the Las Vegas market Literally three months later I was furloughed and Delta express was being shuttered.
