Taxed on travel benefits?

Taxed on travel benefits?
Am I the only one who read this on the weekly update and is worried about being taxed on imputed income for travel companions? So if I head to Europe with the wife and get Delta One am I going to see an imputed income charge for $10,000 of income on my check? Isn't a spouse considered a travel companion?

The imputed income thing could actually be a win if it goes the way they are explaining it. You take the current yield / buddy fare and it gets added to your paystub as income instead of paying 100% of it out of pocket. So depending on your tax rate that year, you'll realistically only pay ~33% of what you did before.
