Yes, I get it. Synthetic opioid abuse is a big problem. I guess I see the change as a simple acknowledgement of the problem, the ease of abuse and the current lack of testing to identify abusers. Why that is any more unique than testing for coke or pot and indicates a "sad commentary" on our world is where my confusion starts.

Cant see its unusual at all to draw observational commentary from the perversion of something of intended and actual benefit to humans becoming the choice of personal self destruction.
