I'll second this. How about upgrading the software so west coast Pilot bases can fill out the PCS template in local base time. The fact that the white slip template is in eastern time is absurd. The bid packages are all local why does the white slip template have to be in East coast time?

Monthly base swaps in category. Some don't like the possibility of base seniority dynamics to be constantly in flux.. just limit one swap every 12 months. Or at least make it possible for new hires to swap bases with other new hires. Pretty much a no cost item. Big QOL boost for those that commute needlessly in opposing directions with a peer.

Training Pay

1. Pay for CQ and initial qual training for the actual time you put in to it up to a reasonable level that is negotiated instead of the tiny amount of time we are actually paid to train. 2. Uniforms paid for. 3. First class on DH legs. 3. Pay for sits longer than 2:00 between legs.
