I received a call from acros. Next I checked the app, the trip was in the call outs. Went to respond portion of app, the trip was not in that part of app. Looked at trip in the call out it said null. Looks like it went to another base while I was trying to acknowledge it. Guess I am out of luck.

Received an ARCOS call out for GS @ 0130 this AM. Acknowledged I would take the trip and awaited countdown. 30 mins later, looking in icrew, the trip was not assigned anyone and went back to sleep. 0525, received another callout. Looked up the trip and it was the same one again. (Now down to 60 mins to report). Replied a second time I wanted it and jumped into shower. Dressed and ready to go, the countdown over and it was not awarded to me again.
Researched and found it was now awarded to a senior pilot, but GS#2. Called CS and they confirmed ARCOS assigned to the wrong pilot. They gave me the trip and I flew it. I was over an hour late because it was never assigned four hours earlier like it should have been.

This has been my third interaction with ARCOS. It worked correctly exactly zero times out of the three.

Talk to DALPA scheduling with the details. If awarded in error could be a free payday for you.

Is it me or am I getting notified of trips on ARCOS that end up going to Reserves? Like a lot.

I had a GS that was in my ARCOS for over an hour, then for some reason it was pulled back, broken up and given to reserves. I sent to to DALPA and CM got me paid for that GS.

I wonder how much the "efficiency" of ARCOS is costing the company...

Apparently, you don't have to be well rested to fly a greenslip. The andreline rush of the paycheck takes care of it.
