Very nice hotel. Near exactly 0 restaurants. Closest are Malone’s, Spondovit’s and that corner but that’s still a ten minute walk at least. Gym is small and what I’d call a standard hotel gym. 4-6 cardio machines (treadmills and elipticals) rack of dumbbells, cable machine, etc. The bar food is good and moderately priced with the discount. There is a side gate that makes it a short walk to the training center but it is only open in the early morning on weekdays. Exact times are available from the gate guards. The longer walk to the TC—through the main gate—has no sidewalks.

Delta employee food court is closer than the sims- an easy walk. Im not sure about hours but they have pizza, salad bar, chick-fil-a, starbucks, sandwich bar, even a drug store. Dont forget to bring your ID. The security guard will direct you to the right door. Great people watching too. These are the people running your airline.
Hotel rooms have fridge in every room, and a microwave next to the ice machine on every floor. Amazon Now will deliver groceries if your gonna be there for a while.

I had a room on the airport side and didn’t find the noise to be a problem. If you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Actually, the kid in me really enjoyed watching the planes coming and going.
The walk to the training center when the gate is not open is pretty bad with no sidewalks and no ped crossing. I think the shuttle brought me over there and dropped me off outside the cheese grater.
Nothing close for food except in the hotel and Delta cafeteria.
