Did you select "Train after junior" in your AE preference? If not, you will go in seniority order.

The PWA establishes the sequence/order but it also provides a remedy if the company fails to follow the agreed-upon order. In this case, the company must have determined it is willing to pay a higher rate (i.e., the awarded AE position) to a few pilots in order to keep them in place in their current category through the summer months in order to maintain schedule integrity.

More like “in current category for the entire calendar year”. Honestly, if they want to pay me the new rate to fly my current plane with current seniority, I am totally cool with that forever. 😁

Thank you for the explanation. You made more sense in one paragraph than multiple readings of the PWA.
