The “medical” plan yes, the “dental” plan does not. You’re able to select the dental plan without having the medical. So you can choose one of the standard HSA plans for medical and the Delta pilot dental plan which has better coverages and lower premiums.

Negative. You can’t get a HSA and the DMPM Dental together. You’ve been misinformed in that way.

I actually have a bite issue that is wearing away my teeth away over time. I'd be forced to pay 100% with HSA, or I could get DPMP and MAYBE get $1k-$3k of it covered (see annual limits, not just lifetime of $3k). Problem is, the high premiums of the DPMP had me losing way more than I'd be gaining. Our healthcare bennies really are the opposite of industry leading for pilots.

These posters really show what management thinks of their below wing employees. What would a low education male do with $700 bucks? Let me tell you what you can do with YOUR money: Play more video games, watch more football and drink more beer with your bros. No respect.
IMO this isn't just about DL ramper pay. It's about the layoff->rehire to DGS they do every so often to reset pay. Gotta stay "nimble" in this competitive landscape.

DAL continuously sweetens the pot when an FA union drive takes place. I look around the industry at other heavily unionized airlines and I see strife and conflict, poor customer service, and much lower profits. I for one, hope that we remain the only unionized workforce at DL.
