I think his transparency is refreshing for a company as large as ours. Sure the plan changes quickly and often, but he doesn’t seem shy about sharing what he knows. I’ll always take more info than less. Responses like yours are how we get nice, shiny things taken away.

OK, I'm at a loss. What is nice and shiny? Do you find his predictions in anyway useful? We are so starved for real information that any crumb must be a Ritz. The guy puts out the latest ponderings, nothing more. Please note this is not an attack on BS (the person) but the value of the information. This board has the emotional stability of a 14 year old and watching the bi-polar responses to contradictory daily information does have it's comedic value. Other than that, it's nothing more than the rumor mill of ATL turns with 20 minutes at cruise to embellish and telephone game the story. Pilots love good 4th floor gossip.

You're not paying close enough attention to his videos and news letters if you really feel that all of the information in them is useless. I'm not saying you should blindly accept them as official doctrine and make life decisions based on their contents but overall I find them to be pretty insightful.

I do. His information in the 0-3 month range seems to be pretty good. Beyond that it’s iffy. If you recognize his info is just a snapshot in time, and not the gospel written in stone, then it provides you some interesting insight into the thinking behind their decisions. That’s all. Characterizing his communications as entirely useless is being a bit melodramatic.

He alluded to at least one fall AE a few months ago, now here we are with one released and possibly another on the way. His previous communications have pointed to this. Is it definitive? Of course not. Does it give a little insight into the future? I think so. It may not play out exactly as he predicts, but it probably won’t be far off.

Take it as it is. Candid talk about what he sees in the near term.

CR's been hinting that for awhile. Maybe next AE?
